How does the clothing rental process work?

Technic Revolution is currently available by application only. Once your application is approved, you can browse our collection and select the items you want to rent. We will then ship the items to you, and you can enjoy wearing them for the rental period. After the rental period is over, you can return the items to us using the provided return label.

How long is the rental period?

The rental period is flexible, based on your needs. Be sure to filter for your event date, to ensure availability. 

How much does it cost to rent clothing?

The rental price for each item is mentioned on the product page. The rental price includes the cost of cleaning and maintenance. Additionally, a refundable security deposit is required for each rental. The security deposit will be refunded to you once the rented items are returned in good condition.

Can I try on the clothing before renting?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a try-on service before renting. However, we provide detailed size charts and measurements for each item to help you choose the right size. If you have any questions about sizing, feel free to reach out: hello@technicrevolution.com.

What happens if I damage or lose a rented item?

If you misplace a rented item, you will be responsible for the replacement cost. The replacement cost will be deducted from your security deposit. If the cost exceeds the security deposit, you will be billed for the remaining amount. Damages (within reason) are normal an expected after a fun night out, and we happily repair snags, missing buttons, etc.

Can I cancel or modify my rental order?

Once your rental order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified. We recommend carefully reviewing your order before submitting the application. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact hello@technicrevolution.com.

How do I return the rented items?

Returning the rented items is easy. We provide a pre-paid return label with your order. Simply pack the items securely in the original packaging, attach the return label, and drop off the package at your nearest post office or shipping center.

Can I extend the rental period?

Yes, it is possible to extend the rental period if the item is available for an extended period. Please contact hello@technicrevolution.com at least 24 hours before the original return date to inquire about extending the rental period. Additional rental fees may apply for the extended period.

What happens if I return the rented items late?

If you return the rented items late, you may be charged additional rental fees. Late fees will be deducted from your security deposit. It is important to return the items on or before the specified return date to avoid any late fees.

How do I apply for clothing rental?
